ISPA Hospitality Event Terms & Acknowledgment By signing below, the company representative acknowledges that the event described in this form is being hosted for members of the ISPA community in connection with the ISPA Conference and agrees to comply with ISPA’s hospitality event guidelines and approval process. All hospitality events must receive approval from ISPA prior to being hosted. Approved events must be scheduled during times that do not conflict with the official ISPA Conference agenda, including general sessions, education sessions, Expo hours, receptions and other scheduled ISPA programming. Events held without ISPA approval, scheduled in conflict with the official ISPA Conference agenda or hosted in conjunction with or on behalf of a company that is not an official participant in the ISPA Conference may be subject to penalties or restrictions as determined by the ISPA Board of Directors. Approved private or invitation-only hospitality events will be listed on attendISPA.com for attendee reference and will include the hosting company name and event date only. Companies hosting approved events that are open to the broader ISPA attendee community may elect to share additional event details for promotional purposes. Companies with approved hospitality events will receive an Approved ISPA Event Logo for use on event invitations, collateral and signage. Use of this logo communicates to attendees that the event has been reviewed and approved by the International SPA Association. By signing below, the company representative confirms that the information provided in this form is accurate and agrees to promptly notify ISPA of any changes that may impact the approved event, including changes to the event date, scheduled times, location, format or companies affiliated with the event. I acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
